We kindly ask that all patients and visitors:

✔ Respect the privacy, safety, and well-being of others within the clinic.
We have zero tolerance for the following behaviours:

❌ Physical aggression, violence, or unwanted physical contact.
❌ Harassment, discrimination, or offensive remarks of any kind.

❌ Repeated disruptive behaviour that impacts the safe delivery of care.
If any patient or visitor engages in unacceptable behaviour:
- They may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Their treatment may be discontinued or transferred elsewhere.
- Incidents of violence, threats, or criminal behaviour will be reported to the police.
This policy is in place to protect everyone—patients, families, visitors, and staff. By fostering a respectful environment, we can ensure the best possible care for all who attend Brisbane Specialist Group.
