Cancellation Policy

At Brisbane Specialist Group, we strive to provide timely and high-quality care to all our patients. When you book an appointment, a dedicated time slot is reserved specifically for you to see our specialist. Late cancellations limit our ability to provide that time to other patients requiring care.

To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

01. If you need to cancel or reschedule

✓ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least three (3) business days’ (excluding public holidays and weekends) notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

02. If an appointment is cancelled

✓ If an appointment is cancelled with less than three (3) business days’ notice, or missed without prior notice, a $100 advance payment will be required when booking your next appointment. This amount will be applied towards your consultation fee on attendance. Please note, the advance payment is non-refundable if the rescheduled appointment is missed again without notice.
