Charlie Twe is the Director and Practice Manager of Brisbane Specialist Group, overseeing the day-to-day operations, business development and ongoing growth of the practice.

With a strong background in business management and operations, Charlie works closely with the specialist team and administration staff to ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care and service. His responsibilities span practice operations, financial management, marketing and business development, facilities, workforce management and the implementation of systems and processes across the organisation.

Charlie has a particular interest in building efficient and sustainable healthcare practices. He is actively involved in developing Brisbane Specialist Group’s services, supporting the recruitment and integration of new specialists, establishing relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners, and identifying opportunities for the practice to expand its specialist services across the wider Brisbane community.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham. His combination of business, operational and analytical experience provides a strong foundation for managing the increasingly complex operational requirements of a multidisciplinary specialist medical practice.

Charlie is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling him to communicate effectively with patients, doctors and healthcare professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys football, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
